? Assist in the coordination and planning of events.? Assist with logistical arrangements including transportation, accommodations, and catering.? Provide support during events to ensure smooth execution.? Contribute creative ideas for event promotional campaigns (social media)? Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence related to events.? Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the event planning process.? Support the Head of communication with other tasks or projects as needed.
About you:
? You are studying marketing/communications/journalism/e-business or something similar.? You are fluent in English and have excellent project management skills.? You are resourceful and curious, with keen attention to detail, take initiative and can think critically. Please note that for this internship, we need the candidates to be able to work in our Brussels office with a valid student work permit/residency - and we need the candidates to be enrolled in a school/Uni providing Internship contracts - ideally for 6 months.By joining our dynamic and ambitious team, we offer:
