Collaborating with Team Leads and Senior Adjusters to ensure effective vendor and litigation management within a personal allocation, resulting in demonstrable savings.
Facilitating broader internal and external stakeholder communication as needed.
Supporting continuous improvement across the region through Quality Assurance and Regional Audit processes.
Ensuring adherence to best practice procedures for Casualty Complex claims, consistent with global standards.
Handling Casualty claims within authority limits.
Resolving claims in a timely, accurate, and customer-focused manner, minimizing indemnity exposure and mitigating vendor and legal expenses.
Effectively communicating and managing key advanced Complex claims and Casualty portfolio messages to internal stakeholders and customers/clients.
Maintaining financial control through consistent reserve management and other financial transactions.
Providing accurate and consistent policy interpretation.
Profile Educational Background in Insurances, Law or Economics Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Dutch and English or French.
Strong presentation skills and file knowledge.
Effective time management abilities.
Accurate and consistent policy wording interpretation.
Prior experience within the insurance sector is considered a plus Skill in following up on technical claims audits and improving file handling processes.
