Apply now and be part of their dynamic team! Description We are on the lookout for a dedicated Claims Manager to join our Brussels office, a role that is pivotal in evaluating, processing, negotiating, and settling claims.
This position demands a technical approach to claims management, ensuring efficient resolution while also involving regular external visits to clients, brokers, experts, and co-insurers.
As a claims Manager, you will be entrusted with a variety of tasks, including:
Assessing insurance policy coverage and determining liability.
Assigning claims experts, negotiating with brokers, end clients, and third parties, and serve as the primary contact for attorneys Additionally, you will represent other insurers and act as a proxy provider.
You will coordinate claims with colleagues, co-insurers, and principals/reinsurers.

Profile The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in insurance or an equivalent level of experience that reflects a comparable level of work and thinking.
Experience in managing Liability, Fire, or Fleet claims will be considered a significant asset.
Proficiency in oral and written communication in both French and Dutch is essential, with a particular focus on managing Dutch files.
