Verify the authenticity of customer transactions and documentation to prevent fraud or errors.Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts, transactions, and banking products.Educate customers on banking services and products to meet their financial needs.Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures.Provide reports and data to management for analysis and decision-making purposes.Collaborate with other departments such as loan officers, branch managers, and customer service representatives to meet customer needs and organisational goals.Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in daily banking operationsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.Fluent in Dutch , French and English.Previous experience in banking, financial services, or a related industry.Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.Certification such as Certified Bank Teller (CBT) or Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA) is a plus.You have a strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
