Supporting the Clienteling & Communication Team in charge of 7 countries (Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland)Assisting in the organization of Clienteling actions:
Events and client experiences coordinationDatabase Management and Administrative tasks:
Reporting, extraction of targeted client lists, management of store team professional phones…Participating in Public Relations and Communication:
Weekly press reviews, update of editorial figures, press trips/events coordination, Social Media Campaign, monitoring of Media agencies' activity Profile Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch, French, Nordic languages is an asset.Very good organizational skills, ownershipAbility to work with deadlines, prioritize multiple tasks without losing the eye for details.Proactive, flexible and a team playerExperience in retail is an asset.
