In this role your aim is to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
You will play a vital role in identifying process inefficiencies, proposing innovative solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Your role as a Business/FunctionalAnalyst exists of the following responsibilities:
Analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions to optimize operations and achieve strategic objectives.
Manage all aspects of project requirements, including business needs, functional specifications, and non-functional requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the project landscape.
Gather, document, and validate both functional and non-functional requirements through various techniques like interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits and process observation.
Translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable technical specifications.
Work with XML-based data formats and their applications.
Utilize Business Process Modeling (BPM) to visually map and optimize business processes.
Use UML to effectively represent system requirements.
Work on multiple types of projects (Operational, digital transformation, Services and off the shelf products).

After all, you are the expert! Who are we looking for? Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent level of relevant experience 3-5 years’ experience in business analysis B2-Level of English (oral/written) You possess strong analytical skills and excel in gathering and documenting requirements.
Your excellent communication skills allow you to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
You will be a great fit if you have:
Substantial knowledge and experience in the energy sector.
Previous experience collaborating in agile teams or on agile projects.
Proficiency in utilizing requirements management tools, such as Reqsuite or Jira.
Familiarity with BPMn.
