We foster a teamwork culture with room for individual developmentAbout the RoleAs a BusinessDevelopmentRepresentative, you will drive Leadgeneration via Phone and other methods to contact potential prospects.
You will be an integral part of the sales team, to identify, penetrate, and cultivate new business opportunities.
Success in this position depends heavily on your ability to build a trusted partnership with the sales team, and to align the sales pursuit strategy around a dynamic list of suspect accounts for each portfolio solution.Our Sales team consists of some of the industry’s most knowledgeable subject matter experts and next-generation sales talents.
All of them are ready to support you in learning how to share valuable insights on specific industries and incorporating your advice based on your hands-on experiences.Please note this is an Outbound multi-channel (phone, email, social selling) Leadgeneration role.Area of ResponsibilityConducting initial market research on assigned prospected accounts to gather customer intelligence and market intelligence.Preparing and executing daily outbound phone calls / social messages into assigned targeted accounts for prospecting new business.Generating wider awareness within potential accounts in products and services offered by Siemens through web, social media, e-mail and primarily phone interaction.Enrich and profile Siemens internal CRM databases to identify and follow up on new business prospects.Follow-up all account activities in a systematic format to continuously discover and develop sales pipeline opportunities.Ensuring prospecting activities that are made in assigned target suspect accounts are suitable to relevant portfolio target criteria.Your Qualifications & ExperienceAbility and a passion to build relationships (at all levels) over the phone and remotely develop and drive new business.Being confident and persistent in cold calling/messaging methods into new target accounts.You are a good listener, articulate and have story-telling ability.Curiosity to understand the market you work in, research your prospects, and create your own (sales pitch) vision on the possibilities of our portfolio.Able to think creatively and apply new ideas to overcome objections and barriers.Highly organized to handle a large volume of sales opportunities.Passion to always be learning.Working at SiemensSoftwareWhy us?Working at SiemensSoftware means flexibility - Choosing between working at home and the office at other times is the norm here.
