– Develop business cases and formulate a resin product portfolio for new and existing customers– Identify market needs and gaps within the resin industry, specifically with PUMA resins and epoxy hardeners– Develop a comprehensive sales strategy for the resin business at our production site in Houthalen, Belgium, and for existing intercompany sales within our client’s network– Expand and develop a customer and distribution network within the resin industry– Collaborate with R&D to realize new product development and launch new product series– Assess market competition and prepare pricing strategies and sales forecasts Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, chemistry, etc.)– Proven experience in a similar role in the resin industry with PU / Polyurethane resin specifically – Strong negotiation skills and track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals– Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills– Strong analytical and organizational skills– Fluency in English (both oral and written) – additional European language is a plus Do you have any disability or condition that could affect you in the application and interview process?
