The role:

We move fast, value autonomy and ownership, and we are always looking for new ideas.This position is based in Brussels in a hybrid format and will report to the Head of Deliveroo for Business.
The primary role of the BusinessDevelopmentAssociate is to engage with new corporations and sign Deliveroo as an official supplier or partner for their office food needs.
They will also liaise between Deliveroo and our Corporate Customers to provide a world-class Deliveroo experience.
Responsibilities Growing the number of new corporate accounts in our target sectorsStrategising and assisting in the development of systems and processes to enhance the corporate sales process and maximize the sales cycleIdentifying opportunities for growth in new verticals and use casesManaging the expansion of the new vertical use cases (eg.
gift cards, partnerships, events)Liaising with Account Managers to manage all corporate account requestsAssist with general marketing activities including events, email campaigns and corporate client offersPlaying a role in growing our corporate business as a core vertical in Milan, including developing our corporate operations, customer service, account management and marketing capabilities RequirementsThe ideal candidate has a natural commercial attitude, understands the corporate world, and is highly methodical with a strong sense of customer service.
2/3 years of working experience in a similar roleStrong commercial backgroundA natural-born negotiator - a driven and hard-working individualExperience in a B2B sales role is a plusExcellent attention to detail – proven ability to multitask in a work environmentExcellent analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation skillsCreative – exhibits tenacity, never takes no for an answer.Hunger to progress within a fast-paced startup environmentEntrepreneurial spiritDriver's licenseDutch and English languages are needed for this role.
