Your role Develop design specifications in line with the required business and operational requirements.
Coordinate any application changes (.:
upgrades, migrations, SSO…) or associated infrastructure changes.
Supervise the IT operations for the applications and ensure the level of service remains within expectations.
Develop and maintain project plans and forecasts, including resource requirements, costs, risks.
Define deliverables, assign their production to project team members, and supervise their progress and quality.
Lead the risk, issue, and change control processes for assigned projects and track action items.
Control and supervise the progress of projects, reporting to IT Management and to your sponsor.
Ensure sufficient knowledge shared within the team to maintain the applications and raise any issues when this is not the case.
Investigate software problems and coordinate problem resolution with software vendors and infrastructure team.
Your qualifications Bachelor or master’s degree in IT and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Project management experience (ideally 3 years).
Experience of installation and/or coordination of the installation of several businessapplications in a corporate context (including working with external vendors).
Exposure to applications using different infrastructure landscapes and working with infrastructure teams to fulfill its requirements.
Good Knowledge on Data extraction, data transformation and data load processes (SSIS packages development experience is helpful).
Working experience in an agile context.
Excellent analytical skills with effective and creative problems solving skills with the ability to identify issues and fix or identify the internal resources to assist.
