As a crucial member of our team, your mission is to guide and support the client throughout the development and implementation phases of a new core application.
This application will play a central role in managing their day-to-day business operations.
This ambitious and transformative project is set to unfold over several years, offering a long-term commitment to innovation and excellence.Your role in our teamAs a BusinessAnalyst , you will •Draft business process models (Bizagi) and their detailed description (in Word), for the main processes of the business•Draft use cases together with the key business actors•Draft test cases to verify that the developed code corresponds to the required features•Follow up testing execution from a business perspective:
validate mock-ups with the business, manipulate the deployed features and verify they correspond with the intended use…•Draft/Evolve user manuals to describe the core application to the users•Coordinate meetings between different stakeholders (developer, business team..
)•Act as point of contact in the relationship with all other parties involved•Document decisions and meeting discussions•Organise all the documentation in the repository, in a way which is user friendly and traceable•Ensure all the business deliverables are produced and validated in order to give a go/no-go to the subsequent phase•Be in close interaction with the product owner whenever a validation is required•Follow up on decisions, risks and delays•Produce training material How you strengthen our team•Knowledgeable about business process models drawing, business analysis, business requirements, use cases and test cases•Good with synthetizing long and complex discussions, into business requirements•Experienced with meeting notes taking•Very organized with documents and other resources•Able to easily identify the blocking factors when the development runs late and input is missing•Capable to identify the relevant persons to be contacted in order to address delays•Good English and French language skills (Dutch is a plus) •Assertive, initiative taking and flexible •Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field •Experience in retirement and insurancebusiness would be a plus Why CGI?
