Tasks and responsibilitiesThe businessanalyst will work with consultants and senior consultants to review client requirements, execute data analysis and modelling and present conclusions and recommendations for stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
The data analyst:
Executes quantitative and qualitative analysis to answer the client needsUnderstand client requirements and translate these into detailed briefings for data analysts/scientistsReview data delivered by data analysts and match these with client questions to develop relevant insightsPerform quantitative and qualitative market research, including interviews and online researchAssists consultants and senior consultants in design and structures of presentationsPrepare and present results to clients, including conclusions and recommendationsProactively develops a basic knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market through the delivery of consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunitiesRequired knowledge, skills & abilitiesFormal qualifications and experienceMinimum Bachelor DegreeMaster's Degree (or PhD) in one of the following domains is welcomed:
Marketing, Economics, Business Engineering, Civil engineering, Physics/Mathematics, Sciences or Public Health1-3 years of related experience in consulting, data analysis, or market researchPerfect command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPointFluent in English.
French and Dutch are a plusNo programming language skills requiredSpecific skills and abilitiesCustomer and result-orientationAffinity for data analysisImportant analytical and organizational skills· Ability to lead data analyses (briefing for data extract and analysis, interpretation, design,…) with a use of various toolsAbility to interpret the data and translate the outcome of the analyses into actionable recommendationsUnderstanding of pharmaceutical/healthcare market and what drive their business is a plusShows the ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlinesSoft skills:
