Develop and maintain technical documentation, including installation guides, configuration manuals, and troubleshooting procedures.Proactively identify and resolve issues related to performance, security, and scalability of Atlassian products.Assist in the integration of Atlassian products with other systems and tools within clients' environments.Qualifications:
Working experience in supporting and administering Atlassian products, such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Jira Service Management.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.Proficiency in scripting languages (, Python, Bash) for automation and customization of Atlassian products.Experience with database management systems, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Microsoft SQL Server.Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.Top Skills:
