Oversee inventory management, including regular stock checks and reporting.Facilitate cross-team collaborations to ensure smooth assetmanagement processes.
Who are we looking for? Hard skills:
Proficiency in English, Dutch, and French languages (written and oral).Deep understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities for assetmanagement, including configuration, customization, and utilization of its modules for tracking, reporting, and automation.Familiarity with IT assets, particularly laptops.Basic technical background in IT support.Proficiency in PowerBI, Visio, or the ability to quickly learn these tools.Advanced skills in Excel for reporting and calculations.
Soft skills:
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.Analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify trends, and solve complex issues.Commitment to continuous improvement by staying updated on best practices and proposing improvements to management.Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing environments.
