The Opportunity As an AgileSolutionsLead in our FinancialServices Advisory practice, you will play a pivotal role in our Technology & Innovation team.

Key Responsibilities • LeadAgile Transformation:
Spearhead the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies across financialservices projects, ensuring a seamless transition to Agile practices for the team and stakeholders.• Product Strategy Development:
Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to contribute to the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps, aligning them with business goals.• Continuous Stakeholder Alignment:
Ensure continuous alignment with business objectives by fostering collaboration and communication across internal and external stakeholders, including Product Management, Operations, Legal & Compliance, Risk, and IT.• Design Optimization:
Lead design workshops to optimize solutions, facilitating effective communication between business and implementation teams and ensuring alignment with Agile principles.• Data-Driven Decision-Making:
Analyze and report on data trends relevant to financialservices, providing insights for informed decision-making in Agile project environments.• Innovation and Technology Exploration:
Identify and characterize technology exploration initiatives within the financialservices sector, staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
Skills and Attributes for Success • Educational Background:
Hold a Master's degree in a relevant field (applied economics, commercial engineering, mathematics, applied informatics, etc.) or equivalent through experience.• Professional Experience:
Demonstrate 3 to 8 years of professional experience in consulting and/or the banking sector, showcasing a track record of successful Agile project management.• Language Proficiency:
Exhibit excellent knowledge of business English, French, or Dutch, with strong communication skills.• Analytical Prowess:
Possess strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.• Team Collaboration:
Showcase a strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy, fostering collaboration within cross-functional teams.• Agile Certifications:
Hold certifications such as Agile, Scrum Master, and Product Owner, showcasing a commitment to Agile best practices.• Leadership:
Demonstrate leadership capabilities in driving Agile transformations and effectively leading design workshops.• Strategic Alignment:
Ability to align business and IT on technology-driven initiatives, ensuring cohesive execution of lending sector strategies.
