Team Collaboration and Leadership:
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and high performance.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members in adopting and implementing agile practices.
Identify and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise within the team.

Stakeholder Management:
Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.
Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their feedback is incorporated into project planning and execution.

Risk and Issue Management:
Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Proactively monitor and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Escalate critical issues to appropriate stakeholders and facilitate their resolution.
5.
Continuous Improvement:
Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team and the organization.
Conduct retrospectives and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Implement process enhancements and share lessons learned to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
Experience Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or similar role, successfully delivering projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Strong understanding of agile principles and frameworks.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with project management tools and software.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
Experience handling Bot related project is a plus.
