We are a group of AD specialists working as an international team mainly based in Europe.JOB PURPOSEThe ideal candidate will have multi-year experience with ActiveDirectory management.
We expect you to be autonomous and able to learn.
In your role, you will be a technical key contact for the Active Directories managed by AXA GO.MISSIONSAct as a key contact point for any ActiveDirectory topics and queries from projects and internal customers.Assist in lifecycle upgrades of the ActiveDirectory infrastructure components.Maintain an awareness of change management processes and perform all necessary duties to ensure compliance with them.Perform business as usual tasks to required standards in order to maintain an acceptable service to customers.Deliver project tasks to required standards in order to support successful project completion.Undertake problem analysis and/or resolution to maintain and improve services to customers.Liaise with other parts of AXA GO and external third parties to resolve problems and maintain SLA standards.Share knowledge in area(s) of expertise in order to facilitate team development and learning.Develop technical documentation and contribute to technical reviews to ensure that quality solutions are developed.Provide designs, builds, documents, tests and supports hardware/software configurations for enterprise level systems, in accordance with AXA GO standards and procedures, in response to defined project activities for internal or customer requirements.Coordination of activities with L2 support teams.Your ProfileMaster’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience 5-6+ years of experience on ActiveDirectory technology Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Ability to coordinate project/BAU activities with different teams and stakeholdersPassionate about technology and visionary about new technology applications Excellent written and verbal English communication.
