You’re responsible for Annual Financial Statements and reporting in Locaal GAAP.
You will be SPOC for external Auditors and participate in M&A operations.

You have a Master degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent by experience? Check! Track record in Insurance Accounting topics and responsibilities? Check! Proven experience in an Analytical Accounting and Reporting role? Check! Strong knowledge of BEGAAP and IFRS (mainly 9 and 17) standards? Check! You’re fluent in Dutch with good knowledge of English? Check! People describe you as pro-active with a pragmatic attitude? Check! You communicate easily with different stakeholders, from Board of Management to your direct colleagues? Check! Experience with SAP and/or Data tools (Power BI) are considered a big plus.

Ensure qualitative Financial Statements of AllianzBenelux, Allianz Nederland Group and Allianz PPI.
This includes :
Balance sheet review, justification and checking of the different balance sheet positions (audit approach) Act as a SPOC for the External Auditors Preparation for the timely annual delivery Responsible for supporting the accounting Referent Expert (Chapter Lead) in all his activities:
Defining accounting rules (under the several ledgers) to be followed Ensuring compliance of the activities Take the lead on accounting topics for M&A operations Understand the impact of different disciplines and make the link with the accounting consequences in order to provide correct and understandable figures Ability to switch between multiple accounting regimes, and translating the key concepts to provide business-relevant insights for Allianz Streamline less efficient processes and support more digital tooling & mindset within the squad Have we peaked your interest?
