In this role you will be accountable for:
Identify new prospects Offer your customers and prospects all types of products and services related to rotating machinery (pumps, turbines, compressors, etc.) Identify sales and retrofit opportunities ; Target the decision makers in your customers' and prospects' organisations; Follow up offers sent to the customers for whom you are responsible to ensure that they are converted into orders ; To monitor the progress of business, from taking orders to paying customers and any guarantees ; Analyse the causes of lost bids ; Competitive intelligence ; Promote the Group's initiatives ; Communicate the new needs of your customers and prospects to your back-office teams to find solutions to satisfy them ; Ensure customer satisfaction ; Contribute to reporting; Participate in the Group's development projects ; Comply with health and safety rules.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
sales or service experience in the field of rotating machinery and a real affinity for technical and industrial environments.
commercially minded and have a sense of service.
