We are currently looking for a passionate? AccountManager at our offices in Brussels, Belgium, to work closely & support event organizers, and act as a liaison between them and our in-house teams of more.com.
To excel in this role, you should be an active listener, a self-starter and have a hunger in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
The ideal candidate should be a fast learner and show enthusiasm in working in a fast-paced environment, handling simultaneously multiple account management projects, with high attention to detail.
Experience in the entertainment industry or/and ticketing platforms will be considered a plus.
More specifically, you'll need to:
Manage a list of event organizers, maintaining a healthy, on-going relationship with them, while permanently improving the aspects of collaboration; Provide proactive support to event organizers - from online registrations to more.com’s platform, to creations of events in the platform, to receiving feedback from the event organizers; Demonstrate a compelling presentation of the more.com’s platform to the event organizers, collaborators and other internal or external stakeholders; Monitor all in-house processes for your accounts, cooperating smoothly with all other internal teams & departments; Work & act proactively to reduce & keep at a minimum the churn rates for event organizers; Requirements Experience in account management, sales or customer success, minimum 2 years Tech savvy and computer literate:
