Proven experience as a 2nd Line IT Service Desk Specialist or similar role.General IT systems experience is required, Database knowledge is an asset.Previous SAP experience is a big plus as SAP systems are a major part of our IT landscape.Experience with complex IT landscapes is an asset.Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.Familiarity with Google Workspace.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.ITIL certification is a plus.This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional technical support in an exceptional team.
