Collaborating with clients to design and execute Workday solutions, including process redesign, configuration, integration with legacy systems, and innovative communication strategies.
Working closely with project teams, client stakeholders, and our partner, Workday, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Continuously expanding your knowledge of HR technology trends and best practices to provide expert guidance to clients.
Requirements Your Profile:
Were looking for candidates with:
· 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in consulting roles, with a focus on HR technology.
· Proficiency in one or more Workday modules (Core/Soft Modules).
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business objectives into functional and technical requirements.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
· A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
· Fluency in English, Dutch, and/or French, with additional languages considered a plus.
· Certification in at least one HCM module, with proficiency in multiple Workday HCM modules preferred.
