For our IT department in Cologne we are looking for a Junior ITSM Consultant (m/f/d) YOUR TASKS:
Analyze and continuously develop existing ITSM processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness Provide technical support to users, resolve technical issues, answer queries and ensure users use IT services efficiently Maintain manuals, instructions and knowledge bases for easy access to relevant information Assist in managing and developing the content of the IT service catalog to meet organizational needs.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to evaluate and improve processes Actively promote the use of the ITSM platform within the organization YOUR PROFILE:
Degree in computer science, business informatics or business administration, or you have a degree in a relevant field Experience in presenting results, moderating meetings or workshops, coordinating between departments and consistently implementing agreed measures Hands-on mentality, initiative and practical problem solving skills.
Effective communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
Good command of written and spoken German and English.
