Context We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us to support operational workstreams.For the period of the placement you will focus on key projects to analyze and establish correlations between the various IT tools specific to Keolis Vlaanderen.
Working under the supervision of the Operations Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of operational KPIs, solving any problems that arise and contributing to the continuous improvement of operations.
Missions Monitoring and control of data from our specific IT programs Become a master user in the day-to-day use of the various applications Identify and disseminate useful information to the various departments Create and develop reporting Improve digitalization in our daily activities & procedures Working closely with key internal stakeholders, to identify and develop opportunities for improvement and increasing of profitability Support specific projects The position will be based in Genk.
Profile Graduated from engineering, science, or finance An analytical mind An interest in digital systems and IT tools Competent in the use of ICT systems and including Microsoft Office Applications.
Ability to analyze, manipulate and present complex data Fluency in English essential (Dutch-speaking subsidiaries) Effective communication skills both written and verbal A valid driving licence Keolis GenkFlanders
