Your main responsibilities are Managing end-to-end recruitment process including updating job descriptions, posting job announcements, pre-selection of applications, (video) interviews, offer, new hire requests, onboarding etc.
Organizing interviews and provide feedbacks to the candidatesMaintaining the relationship with all candidates, including for future openings.
Your main focus is providing our candidates with the “best-in-class” experience.Building close relationships with other members of the HR team, business stakeholders and external partners when relevantLast, but not least, we offer you the opportunity to support with employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
About You You obtained a Bachelor or Master degree and have a strong passion for HR, talentacquisition and employer branding in particular.
A previous (internship) experience in recruitment or HR is a definite plus.
