By analyzing, assessing and accepting or not accepting and pricing risks, you will actively and efficiently contribute to building a healthy portfolio according to the applicable underwriting policy.
You help build the commercial relationships between the company and its brokers.
Proactively you report relevant matters to the management and participate in internal meetings to keep them informed of the state of affairs and the evolution in the portfolio.
For efficient and correct follow-up and administration, you enter policies, inserts and risk information into various systems and tools according to the set guidelines and deadlines.
You actively participate in studies and working groups in the context of new projects and products.
Profile You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent through experience).
Preferably, you have a first experience with an insurance company or broker as an underwriter.
Commercial feeling, strategic insight and great sense of responsibility are your assets.
You have strong analytical skills, dare to think out of the box and are willing to delve into the matter in order to offer clients a tailor-made solution.
Strong communication skills and fluent in Dutch, French and English.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other current IT tools.
