A master’s or PhD degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Applied Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.3-5 years of UX analyst experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills to align all stakeholders.
The ability to translate real-life challenges into software models with specified constraints.A strong affinity with IT systems and basic programming skills.Familiarity with user interface development for desktop and web applications.A desire to take ownership of your work.The ability to master details while keeping a global overview.
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience in a supply chain planning (software) role or as an analyst in a product development organization.Knowledge of user-centric design processes.
Experience with interacting with technical people at different layers in a three-tier architecture.Familiarity with agile and scrum methodologies.
