In a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) SaaS (Software as a Service) company that includes a team of 40 engineers, 6-8 product managers, and 4 designers, the role of a UX (User Experience) Designer is crucial for ensuring that the product is not only functional but also intuitive and user-friendly.

Responsibilities Understanding user needs, behaviors, and motivations through surveys, interviews, testing, and observation to inform design decisions.

Applying design principles to conceptualize and refine product features, including creating personas and user journey maps.

Visualizing layout and interactions to test and refine design concepts before development.

Crafting visually appealing and functional interfaces that align with brand while being intuitive.

Working with product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure alignment with objectives and constraints.

Gathering feedback on prototypes to make iterative improvements for user-friendliness.

Ensuring product accessibility and inclusivity for all users, including those with disabilities.

Maintaining guidelines for consistency across the product, including style guides and best practices.

Staying updated on tools and trends to improve the design process and product experience.

Presenting design ideas and rationale to team members and stakeholders.

About YOU A successful experience of at least 3 years as a UX designer or UX lead within the SaaS industry (not a rounder UX/UI designer with a bit of UX experience) Proficient in conducting user interviews and testing to gather valuable insights and validate design solutions.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders and team members.

Expertise in all stages of the design process, including research, conceptualization, wireframing, prototyping, and implementation.

Ability to quickly create wireframes and translate them into functional prototypes using tools like Figma, ensuring alignment with user needs and technical feasibility.

Skilled in presenting proposals and persuasive arguments to convey a clear vision of design and user experience, driving consensus and buy-in from stakeholders.

Fluent in both English and French.

Mastery of essential UX design tools such as Figma, Hotjar, Maze, and Amplitude, enabling efficient collaboration and execution throughout the design process.
