Your Impact In a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) SaaS (Software as a Service) company that includes a team of 40 engineers, 6-8 product managers, and 4 designers, the role of a UI (User Interface) Designer is crucial for ensuring that the product is not only functional but also intuitive and user-friendly.
Key Responsibilities Solid understanding of the fundamental methods, theories, and practices of the UI design basis and UI design patterns.
Strong experience in Design System usage and management Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our CRM platform.
Translate user needs and business requirements into clean, functional, and visually appealing UI designs.
Develop and maintain a cohesive UI style guide that ensures consistency across all platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
Create lo-, mid - and high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders, including team members and potentially clients or users.
This often involves presenting design concepts and iterations to achieve buy-in.
Conduct, observe and analyze user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices in the SaaS and CRM industry.
Support the QA team to make sure features are implemented as intended.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
