Responsibilities of the SM/Director:
You will lead a team and report to the Partner to deliver successful projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and analysis, leading-edge insights, and adding value to our clients.
This role will involve exposure to a broad array of sectors and geographies, leveraging within a European network.
Lead work streams on a broad array of transactionservices, financial due diligence, and other advisory projects.
Take responsibility for the projects from start to finish.
Guide and coach junior team members.
Identify new business opportunities and pitch to clients, including the preparation and presentation of proposals.
Requirements of SM/Director:
Experience in TransactionServices, or a combination of TS and Audit Executed significant Financial due diligence engagements for a range of purposes.
Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to lead teams to produce outstanding results for our clients.
Possess advanced TS and Financial Due Diligence skills You are fluent in English (French or Dutch is considered an advantage) For director:
