You demonstrate the capabilities of the software on real machines and real parts.Together with the design team, you develop didactic materials such as presentations, manuals, and exercises.You test the new software versions together with the design team.You ensure that the training materials remain up-to-date.You evaluate training needs and adjust the training program if necessary.You prepare training sessions based on specific customer needs.Occasionally, you provide training at the customer's site.In the absence of a colleague, you occasionally provide a basic demonstration of our software to our customers.
Skills Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.Customer-oriented approach.Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner.Patience and empathy when guiding end users.Organizational skills to effectively plan and manage training sessions.Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers.Knowledge of didactic principles is useful.Dutch (native language) – English (technical-professional) – Another language (technical-professional) is highly welcome.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (software, mechanics, mechanical design) or equivalent experience.Knowledge of offline sheet metal processing software is useful, or you are willing to deepen your knowledge in this area.
