About the Role The TradeMarketingExecutive M.A.C & BobbiBrown plays a crucial role in driving retail activation for M.A.C and BobbiBrown.
Working closely with the retail partners and the brand’s internal marketing team and e-retail department, the TradeMarketingExecutive MAC & BobbiBrown ensures the seamless execution of omnichannel marketing strategies, delivering exceptional experiences to our consumers.
The TradeMarketingExecutive M.A.C & BobbiBrown reports to the Consumer Marketing Manager M.A.C & BobbiBrown Benelux.
As a TradeMarketingExecutive MAC & BobbiBrown you will:
Translate the consumer & marketing calendar into a detailed omnichannel animation and promotional plan by channel & retailer, including flagship doors (FSS / department stores / specialty-multi doors and perfumery) representing the weight of business and priorities per channel.
Plan, monitor and manage the TradeMarketing budget, while negotiating sufficient retailer visibilities (e.g.
GWPs, Collateral, (free) COOP) Showing great collaborative skills as you are in contact with key stake holders both internally as externally (CMM / PM / VM / E-retail / Brand.com /Earned / Edu / Sales & Commercial team) Build and execute eventing + activational plans to drive B&M traffic (focus on FSS) Build & execute a comprehensive CRM plan as support of all retail activities Collaborate with (e-)Key Account Managers in preparing (e-)retailers' meetings and business reviews Measure the performance of TradeMarketing actions and strive for spend optimization Collect feedback from Sales & Retail Executives & on the quality of the TradeMarketing Competition analysis to understand the competitive landscape and trends in markets and competition Qualifications Qualifications As a TradeMarketingExecutive for MAC & BobbiBrown, you should possess the following qualifications:
Entrepreneur & initiative taker with an operational mindset Excellent written and spoken communications in Dutch, English, and French Analytical and strategic mindset Proven marketing experience in an omnichannel consumer-driven environment; preferably in the cosmetics & beauty products or the luxury industry.
Negotiating skills and ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels Result and budget-oriented, passion for product, hands-on approach, pragmatic & flexible, driven challenge seeker Optimistic and can-do attitude What's in it for you?
