Manages a portfolio of OTC and food supplement brands;Reports to the First Line Manager South;External contacts:
GPs, Specialists (in private practices or hospitals), pharmacists and pharmacy teams;Internal contacts:
other TerritoryManagers, KAM, CRM/Data manager, Brand Managers, Office Manager.
Key tasks & responsibilities:
Promote the products to a highly skilled level, with effective marketing and sales skills to GPs, specialists and pharmacists;Ensure the rational use of promotional materials and other marketing and sales tools to achieve optimal results in an economical manner and with optimal efficiency;Plan, prepare, execute and report on marketing and sales activities in the territory;Plan, prepare (including pre - and post-visit analysis), execute and report on highly targeted visits and group presentations to customers according to applicable cycle and targeting instructions and in compliance with the applicable SPC/and overall pharma compliance rules;Make regular use of the CRM system and maintaining and updating an up-to-date customer database;Actively participate (and be well prepared) in the company Healthcare e-learning courses, trainings, seminars and meetings for territorymanagers.
Profile You have a first significant experience in direct sales.You are an optimistic, flexible and self-motivated person.You have a passion for sales, negotiations and a good knowledge of selling techniques.You enjoy achieving results and making the difference.You are strong at convincing others and like to have a real impact towards customers.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French are required, as well as a good knowledge of Dutch and English.You are able to work with high degree of autonomy and pro-activity and you have an entrepreneurial mindset.You have good organization and planning skills.
