About the jobThe TechnologyDeliveryBuildConsultant primary’s responsibility will be to organize, validate, monitor and control the build and deployment of solutions and services across the McDonald’s technology portfolio in a professional and timely manner.
This role will drive the delivery of technologies and services, and will ensure adherence to McDonald’s Market service development and deployment processes. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Organize, monitor and control the build and deployment of solutions and services across the McDonald's technology portfolio.Collaborate with technical teams to develop, validate and optimize effective and robust solutions and services.Manage the successful delivery of technology solutions and services to a high quality, on time and on budget.Work with internal resources and partners for the delivery of technology solutions and services.Maintain strong relationships with our managed service providers and internal and external stakeholders.Manage risk through effective analysis, mitigation and contingency planning.Ensure all relevant technology service management processes are adhered to and implemented with formal documentation completed.Analyze the current portfolio to detect critical deficiencies and recommend improvements.Provide 4th line support for all technologies in the McDonald's portfolio.Be an escalation point within the technology team for critical issue resolution. Minimum degree Bachelor in IT (or equivalent thru experience)4+ years of relevant work experience (Technology, Digital, IT Project Management, Managed Services and / or Consultancy), preferably in a business environmentTechnology Specific:
Strong background in ITIL and Knowledge Management processes preferable.Experience or proficiency with technology projects.Breadth of technical skills related to the hardware, software and IT infrastructure of an organization.Disaster Recovery/ Business Continuity design, implementation is a plus.Experience managing solution and services delivery across a full technology stack (infrastructure through applications) and in a hybrid cloud environment combining on-premises data centers, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.The following skills would be recommended but not essential:
Batch file programming (PowerShell scripting)IS027001 Personal Connector of people and ideas.Sense of responsibility and organized.Team player who is capable of independently leading and making decisions.Positive role model for others.Strong communication skills and a good dose of persuasiveness.Analytically strong:
