As the Technical and QualityManager at SASMAR, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the technical and quality compliance of our products and operations.
This position involves overseeing quality control processes (including ISO 13485), managing regulatory requirements, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a high level of product quality and safety.

Responsibilities Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.
Oversee product development activities and validation processes.
Monitor and evaluate product quality through testing and inspection.
Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct internal audits and regularly review quality management systems.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality management.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field, such as Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Biology.
Proven experience as a Technical or QualityManager in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and regulatory standards.
Experience with quality control processes and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Certification in quality management systems (such as, ISO13485, ISO 9001) is a plus.
