This role plays an integral function in all internal and external customer support needs in the pre-sale, sale and post-sale customer life cycle. What else does it involve? Provide first line assistance in handling customer support tickets related to installation, software as well as non-technical issues.Facilitate customer onboardings and (re)trainings.Assist with all (non-)warranty related product returns and credits.Assist in continuous process improvements & tooling implementation projects in order to contribute to the overall customer satisfaction.Assist in the management of inventory stock levels and replenishment of orders.Assist in creating a culture of cross-functional collaboration while breaking down departmental or functional silos.Assist in the management of the order-to-cash flow in terms of internal support (sales, technicalsupport, accounting…) & external customer support (order confirmations, order entries, order logistics and invoicing).How to succeedWe'd love to hear from you if you have:
A Bachelor’s degree level.2+ years’ experience in Technical Service roles.Willing to travel on a regular basis (30%) in Europe.Excellent communication and organizational skills, eager to learn.A flexible attitude, but you are also a self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision by consistently taking the initiative to get things done.Fluent in English and in French.
