As a TechnicalSalesEngineer you will be supporting the sales representatives and market companies with product and technical advice.
When a customer is requiring an adapted truck to operate in a specific application with specific needs, you will be the one supporting the salesmen or market company so that the truck will fulfill this specific customer request.
You are in daily contact with people from different cultures and organizations.
With your interest in finding solutions to make our customers successful, you are the interface between the sales organization and our production facilities. You will be responsible for a specific market and the stakeholders within that market.If you have a technical interest, great customer focus, like working with adapted solutions for the complete truck, enjoy communicating and build good long-lasting relationships - this is the position for you!Responsibilities and main tasks will be:
Support the sales representatives and market companies with product and technical advice.Perform feasibility investigations and quotations.Follow up on the Customer Adaptation intake and support the sales organization with different solutions.Drive quality improvements and stability in the Customer Adaptation process.Provide input and market knowledge to Product Development.Develop concepts to reduce lead-time and increase flexibility.Share “best practices” to reach efficiency.Are we the perfect match’? Master or bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent experience.Be business and customer oriented.Continuous improvement mindset.Eager to learn quickly when facing new problems, analyzing areas for improvements and willing to work in an international environment.Persisting to get the job done.Good verbal and written skills in English and French.Personal profile:
