Solve operational issues and discuss issues with third party to ensure that the continuity of the high quality maintenance can be guaranteed.Deliver input regarding how to improve third party’s service to ensure to contribute towards the continuous improvement of quality and performance.
Ensure that a well-documented and complete file (including scorecard) is delivered at the end of the mission.Steer Third Party Maintenance provider to ensure that their performance is maximized.
Monitor their AMOS input, scanning and reporting during the project and re-direct/train the MRO when required.Take responsibility to ensure that smooth communication and collaboration with third parties are in place and deliver a regular, consistent and structured reporting towards other departments and management.Improve and maintain his or her expert knowledge and technical skills within the scope of the maintenance procedures, aircraft follow-up system (AMOS) and installations, in order to maximize one’s expert knowledge and apply this optimally on the field.Improve and maintain outsourced base maintenance procedures, instructions & processes up-to-date in cooperation with the other colleagues and management.align internally with engineering and logistics and externally with OEM’s and other suppliers on priorities and processes to maximize performance of the MRO.
Your Profile Bachelor (or equivalent by experience) with at least 3 – 5 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance environment.Knowledge of Part-M & Part 145 regulationHave a technical background of aircraft maintenanceBe prepared to travel and spend long period abroad.Good communicatorNegotiation skillsProblem solverFluency in English.
