Ensures system continuously support the business processes and meets business requirements as set by the BPO and companies’ security, data integrity, data privacy, availability, maintainability, and regulatory requirements (as applicable)Is a core team member of the project implementation team and supports the technical implementation of the system to ultimately, become the system expert during operational use of the system.Responsible for development of the system User Manuals (If applicable).Accountable for system specific trainings e.g.
system specific change management (if applicable)Ensures controlled access to the System where applicable.Provides sufficient information to Service & support team to ensure proper first line support.Ensures second line support and problem management of the in-scope system.Suggest and support any system improvements where possible.
Pro-actively plan, approve and coordinate system changes and related releases, coming from business requests and/or new system releases.
Align with Unit Lead and Business Partner on budget, resources, and timelines.Manage interfaces & integrations between the in-scope solutions & other systems.Ensures (service level) agreements with related External Service Provider (ESP) and manages relation with ESP regarding technical aspects if applicable.Is responsible for the management of the user base with regards to licenses.Manages Maintenance windowsIs responsible for system configuration if applicable.Support migration / upload activities.Ensure performance monitoring where applicable.Support Quality Management in responding to CS questions during inspections, audit and CAPA follow-up (together with BPO) .Act as escalation level for complaints and major problemsResponsible for application data backup, archival & disaster recoverySupport implementation of Data security e.g.
