Responsibilities:
Lead the technical aspects of Smart Workspaces projects, including planning, design, implementation, and testing of smart workspace solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders (both IT and non-IT) to define project scope, requirements, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure technical solutions meet client requirements.
Develop and maintain technical project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Ensure technical solutions are delivered to the UCB quality & security standards, in collaboration with IT Governance team.
Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams (e.g.
Office 365 or security teams) and external vendors (Microsoft, Cisco, LG, Ricoh).
Manage the handover of the operations to our Center of Excellence.
Ensure technical documentation is maintained and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
Looking for a Technical Project Manager level lead (not a business consultant) with experience in the below platforms and technologies) Must be based in Belgium English is mandatory Good experience in technical project leadership, with a focus on Smart Workspaces.
Experience with Microsoft ecosystem (Office 365, Microsoft Teams Rooms).
Strong technical knowledge of Smart Workspace technologies, including sensors, IoT, and data analytics.
Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing resources, budgets, and timelines.
Experience in software development, deployment, and testing of smart workspace solutions.
Working methodology is Agile Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Team player Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
