Function Join our dynamic team as a JAVATechnicalLead and lead a group of talented developers in building complex applications that drive our organization forward.
Main Responsibilities:
Drive development efforts by implementing new features, resolving bugs, and providing third-line support.
Build, deploy, and maintain pipelines to streamline our development process.
Mentor and coach a team of developers, guiding them to excellence in their day-to-day activities.
Define development standards and best practices, continuously improving the technical skills of the team.
Ensure documentation is up-to-date and consistent, providing technical guidance and governance.
Lead peer reviews and contribute to release documentation consolidation.
Profile Skills and Experience:
At least 5 years of experience as a Software Developer or similar role.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and test-driven development.
Strong technical skills in JAVA, including frameworks/systems like Spring, Maven, and Hibernate.
Experience with web services or microservices design.
Familiarity with SQL databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
Excellent command of English, with proficiency in French or Dutch preferred.
Out-of-the-box thinking, fast self-learning skills, and a positive attitude.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving and coaching abilities.
