You manage the size and complexity of features and stories during refinement and planning.
During execution, you ensure reporting and follow-up.You identify and manage risks and potential issues and offer improvements across teams.Together with relevant stakeholders (Architects, Product Owners, Functional Feature Engineer and Customer Journey Experts), you manage the priority of features with a strong MVP (Minimum Viable Product) mindset.
You assign the features (and underlying user stories) to the relevant development squads and lead the accurate feature delivery.
You also ensure the foundations for a technical testing approach, with a delivery quality mindset, and where needed you will assist the testing team to properly define the test scenarios and their execution.You are able to translate new product and service needs and descriptions into required IT solutions and IT infrastructure.
You are able to grasp business opportunities from new technology solutions.
You think beyond the context of your project.You follow the market and know what is going on both inside and outside the One Orange Team.
From your understanding of the latest developments in Technology, you propose structural improvements aimed at moving your domain closer to target solutions to offer an industry-leading customer experience.You are comfortable with collaboration and reaching out across Tribes and technical borders and serve as liaison when needed.
You easily connect and align stakeholders within all levels of the NN and ING organizations, from IT Lead to IT and Infra engineer and from Tribe Lead to internal users, all with the proper customer journey in mind.You are able to implement changes in an end-to-end context covering all functional, technical and other non-functional aspects in close collaboration with multiple teams, including IT infrastructure dependencies.
Therefore you demonstrate understanding of IT concepts and have significant knowledge of the IT landscape and its technology.In close collaboration with architects and infrastructure engineers you make architectural concepts and designs actionable.
You guide and challenge IT engineers when making implementation choices.You will report functionally to the Investment Squad Master and hierarchically to the NN OOT Delivery Manager.
Votre profil What do you have to offer as a TechnicalAnalyst?You have a Master's degree in IT (Engineering) or the equivalent through experience.You have knowledge of different tools such as Azure, Java, Confluence, DevOps, etc.You speak and write excellent English.
Knowledge of Dutch or French is an asset.You possess strong communication and presentation skills at various levels and are assertive when necessary.You have strong problem solving skills and can find creative ways to make progress and remove obstacles.You are resilient to stress and have a flexible mindset.

Information As a TechnicalAnalyst, you will be part of the One Orange Team, a collaboration between NN and ING aimed at becoming the fastest-growing digital insurance franchise in Belgium.
You will work alongside a team of approximately 50 enthusiastic professionals who develop solutions for life and non-life insurance, as well as investments.
The team builds interactive IT systems and processes on top of the digital platform and manages the Roadmap & Strategy for the majority of the assets of the Investment Tribe.
