We are looking for team members who are excited to solve big problems, make bold statements and deliver to them, and want to contribute to building out a nimble, dynamic, and innovative organization.How you’ll make an impactPartner closely with TechStrategy & Transformation lead to articulate a comprehensive Technology strategy, prioritizing innovation, rationalizing the portfolio and appropriately aligning with the broader investment strategy with the goal of contributing to modernization and productivityArticulate and maintain a consolidated strategic view of WEX’s technology modernization initiativesBe a champion of WEX technology’s AI & Automation strategy and ensure we are executing against planRecommend outcomes and metrics strategy for to measure progress against tech strategic visionSupport, implement and continuously improve executive governance structure and best practices relevant lines of businesses within technologyBe an internal subject matter expert on capitalization processes and partner closely with finance to ensure the inputs and outputs are sufficient for leadership to make funding decisions and determine the “right bets” for our organizationDevelop analyses that clearly communicate the performance of the portfolio based on key metrics and outcomes across WEX TechnologyServe as a consultant to Technology and Digital Senior leadershipConsolidate content from a variety of sources and teams to create clean and compelling visualizations and articulate strategic insights Experience you’ll bringBachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Management, Marketing, etc.) or Business adjacent degree (Mathematics, Risk Management) from an accredited institution.

(MBA Preferred) with 3 years of revelant experience.Will take 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.Self starter with the ability to think tactically and strategically, in a ambiguous environmentKeen ability to summarize detailed qualitative information with high fidelity and translate complex information into key takeaways for easy consumptionFinancial acumen and experience or coursework in finance, accounting, or related area strongly preferred, a plusDexterous multitasker who thrives executing against multiple workstreams and enjoys a fast-paced environment and continuous changeStrong verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external stakeholdersThe base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position.
Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package.
Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan.
Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
