You solve any kind of problems (absences, malfunctions, complaints by customers,….) in an constructive manner As a real ambassador of Roru you greet and service our guests with a big smile.
You make sure they have an unforgettable experience.
The shop’s image is prior on your list! You inspire and motivate your team to achieve the required result You’ll work at the Front office and help your colleagues in the kitchen with some basic prepping You prepare and sell our Take Away products with love and precision You take the payment and make sure to greet the guests enthusiastically when they leave You take care of cleaning the front office, the tables, bar, toilets, dishwashing area and storage.
You follow the daily and weekly “cleaning” checklists You use the appropriate equipment and devices and maintain them professionally You receive, control, and store the delivered supplies You scrupulously respect hygiene rules (HACCP:
wash hands – expiry date – FIFO – product temperature – …) You create a positive atmosphere and resolve conflicts and frustrations in a constructive way, while coaching your team and being a good example at all times You control the smooth running of all procedures (service – products – hygiene/HACCP – safety – checkout – …) and do a regular check up on product quality.
