We develop the hardware of the connectivity devices and energy monitoring solutions in collaboration with leading suppliers in the IoT domain.
The team is responsible for the hardware development of devices that support the current and future connected and optimization strategy.Lead, manage, and hire a team of 6 engineers to work on the embedded hardware for our Internet of Things (IoT) products and energy monitoring.Professional development of teamArticulate, align, and integrate architecture, roadmap and programs.Lead the program to transform energy audits portfolio into a permanent energy monitoring system, our Smart Airnet system.Talk to (internal) customers, understand their needs, and incorporate feedback into roadmaps.
Communicate with peer teams to bring sophisticated cross-organization features to a success.Communicate technical milestones and status to the cross-functional teams, management, and customers.Clearly communicate roles, expectations, work direction to all team members on a regular basis.Hold team members accountable to meet aligned and accepted objectives, features, within a program having the end result in mindEstablish a Cybersecurity development culture. Who are youWe are looking for someone who is fascinated in leading people, Internet of Things and knowledgeable in electronics.
You have experience in leading development projects and invest time in understanding.
You build a strong link with the embedded software team and the IoT cloud platform team.What we need to see:
Experience in leading product development projects and preferably development teamsStrong communicator to engineers, stakeholders and managementExperience with product development processesExperience in EmbeddedTechnology, Profound interest in IoT, and telecommunication technologies and sensors.Ability to work as a team player with different stakeholders in connectivity.Relevant experience and maturity to step into the role as team leader. QualificationsMaster’s degree in engineering:
