Your team is also responsible for determining, maintaining and evaluating the article range and optimal warehouse lay-out.
You coordinate the daily tasks within the department and strive towards continuous development of your team, so our operations can run as smoothly as possible.You follow-up on KPI's of the department and the unit, and provide your team with all the necessary tools to achieve these.A clear and organized structure within the department will be your responsibility, as well as the optimal integration of the entire process within the unit.You support the different departments with the necessary feedback regarding efficiency and quality.
