Sales & Revenue Growth Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, closely monitoring sales performance and taking corrective actions as needed.Coach and empower team members to effectively upsell and cross sell products to maximize sales.Proactively propose and execute creative solutions to speed up our growth.
Customer Service Excellence Set and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that all customer interactions result in a positive and memorable experience.Address customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and satisfactory manner.In collaboration with the Sales Manager MRO, responsible for the management of the properties and all additional activities such as appearance/maintenance and maintaining contacts with landlords in collaboration with Facility Management and Finance.In collaboration with the shop employee; identifying and reporting trends, market developments and customer needs within the region and converting them into concrete actions.You visit all your sites at least once a month.
Responsible for correctly carrying out all sales, cash, inventory, returns or repair processes in the shop as well as proposing improvement opportunities in these processes.
Training and Development Train, mentor and provide ongoing coaching to team members, helping them enhance their product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service abilities.Conduct regular performance reviews, set development goals and follow up frequently.
Digital Integration Strategy Collaborate with the Sales Manager MRO and the Digital Marketing manager to develop and implement strategies that effectively integrate digital solutions into physical stores.Ensure alignment of digital initiatives with the company's broader objectives and with peers.
Your Profile Preferably master degree or level achieved through experienceAt least 3 years of experience in Sales, ideally in wholesale company , ideally in leadership rolesStrong Digital adaption skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
