Accountable to achieve InsideSales goals of the assigned team including share of wallet growth, customer relations and customer retention to ensure profitable growth.Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to the team including monthly individual 1:
1 meetings in order to achieve business and individual goals and monthly team meetings.
Has a complete overview of the order-to-cash process, performs regular checks and takes proactive actions if needed.
Maximize gross profit opportunities by ensuring pricing integrity and checking price agreements by following price governance.Identify opportunities to improve the service we provide and be able to implement changes which enables us to deliver excellent and evolving servicesInitiate, implement and follow up continuous improvement initiatives and focus on more efficient and effective processes.Implement and execute company policies and procedures.
Ensure that team members operate at all times in accordance with the law and Company policies and procedures.Check and release quotations on low margin.Successfully handles escalations, complaints and claims.
Maintain and further develop a culture centered on the customer and focused on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.Embraces ongoing process/project development and beneficial change to identify best solutions.
Identifies opportunities to improve practices.Liaise with other departments (sales, logistics, procurement, quality,..

Your Profile Bachelor degree level education completedMinimum of 2 years' InsideSales experience in a customer centric environment (B2B)Minimum of 2 years' leadership experience and people managementExperience of working in an international organizationKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and SAP (plus)Helicopter viewFluent in Dutch, English and French What does Fabory offer you:
