What you’ll doSupport monthly payrolls.
This includes revision/loads of data provided by HR / third parties for accuracy, updating payroll system to reflect changes, complete list of all predefined controls & report deviations, reconciling calculated payroll against previous month and act upon deviations and ensure completion reconciliation checks prior to approval of payroll.Continually perform data audits & controls on a predefined scheduleEnsure monthly loads time data into eBlox (Protime, company cars, …)Prepare & execute special payroll runs (vesting, 13th month, holiday allowance, warrant plan…):
prepare calculation, loads, proper controls, reconciliation checks prior to approval of payroll.Ensure a correct time managementBack up for payroll leads during absenceProvide accurate reports as requested by the business (cost reporting example)Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skillsA degree in Human Resources or experience equivalentMinimum 5 years of experience in Payroll Excellent French & English verbal and written communication.Super user ExcelExperience working with HR software (such as Successfactors, eBlox, Protime)Good understanding of HR Operations (i.e.
