As TalentAcquisitionSpecialist you are part of the TalentAcquisition team, where there is plenty of room for development and we are always open to new initiatives.
Currently the team consists of 9 TalentAcquisition colleagues.

This is you At least 3year of demonstrable work experience in recruitment, preferably in IT recruitment You enjoy the challenge of looking for the right IT profiles through various channels You feel at home in an IT environment You like networking and maintaining relationships You are a team player, but you can also work independently You are flexible and know how to come up with creative solutions to get your target group moving; You are results-oriented and can change gear quickly in a dynamic environment.
You understand that thorough research within the labor market is necessary to arrive at the right approaches You master the Dutch language both verbally and in writing.
